about us
Our Executive Board is comprised of three women, Louise Hatcher, Hannah Costantino, and Elizabeth Vaughn.
President
Louise has thousands of hours of small animal experience and is hopeful to pursue a DVM-PhD, currently completing Veterinary Prerequisites at Georgia State University. She is empathetic, creative, and loves to educate others on animal welfare, both through rescue work and her art. Owning three misfit dogs, Moose aka Squirrel (Chihuahua Mix), Nina (SuperMutt), and Alice (SuperMutt), she unlocked a passion for advocating for the weird, reactive, and abused.
Vice President
Hannah is a registered nurse (MSN-RN) and recieved her Masters of Public Health from the University of Georgia. She is the proud mom of three young children, four dogs (Coonhound Mix Lu, Dobermans Otto and Edith, Whipphet Judd), nine goats, and flocks of chickens. Hannah is unbelievably dedicated, nuturing, and applies a sense of enthusiam to her work that all dogs and volunteers benefit from.
Executive Director
Elizabeth has thousands of hours of both large and small animal experience at just 20 years old! She is an extremely disciplined, hardworking, and dog loving enthusiast at work, school, and in her home life. She currently owns three dogs, Rip (Chihuahua Mix), Hippie (APB Mix), and Suede (deaf Australian Cattle Mix). She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at Georgia Southern University.
